Frameweave Privacy Policy

Frameweave is a photo framing and export app for iOS. The app is designed to process your photos on your device.

Photos

When you choose photos in Frameweave, the app uses them locally so you can frame, preview, and export finished images. Frameweave does not upload your photos to a server.

When you export finished frames, Frameweave asks iOS for Photos access. With full access, it creates and updates your Frameweave album. With add-only access, it exports the images you choose directly to your photo library without creating an album.

Feedback

If you send feedback by email, your email app sends your message to feedback@w5y.me. Your message may include anything you type, your email address, and basic diagnostic details included in the draft, such as app version, iOS version, and device model. This information is used to respond to feedback and improve the app.

Analytics

Frameweave uses Aptabase to collect anonymous usage events, such as when the app is opened, media is imported, and an export succeeds or fails. These events may include coarse country or region, language, device and operating-system information, app version, and non-identifying details about the action, such as the number of exported frames and selected aspect ratio.

Frameweave does not send your photos, filenames, photo metadata, email address, precise location, or advertising identifiers to Aptabase. Aptabase does not use cookies, device identifiers, or persistent user profiles, and analytics events are not linked to your identity. Analytics data is hosted in Aptabase's European Union region and is used only to understand and improve the app.

Frameweave does not include advertising and does not track users across apps or websites.

Data Sharing

Frameweave does not sell personal information. Anonymous analytics are processed by Aptabase, and feedback email may be processed by the email providers involved in sending and receiving the message.
